Excellent and good location, I enjoyed almost everything.

The rooms were brand-new & spotless with a very comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was just off Italy, and an interesting monastery. The service was helpful and the pool was amazing...

This hotel offers a great breakfast with plenty of choices, and our twin/double room was fantastic with an excellent bathroom, shower, and balcony.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, 100% recommend it. Greatly enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay of our holiday. It had central location close to Karst Gallery. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card in the double room. The staff was kind and obliging, and requests were handled quickly.

All was wonderful.

acquarena was 1 mile away, i could even walk there. you can eat at restaurant lowenhof, which is set 300 feet away from the property.

Very cute front office! Friendly and informal. Great facilities: in- and outdoor pool, gym, saunas. Delicious breakfast with friendly service. A place to return to often!

We stayed at this place for a night and were very impressed with the luxurious amenities and top-notch services provided. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom and a walk-in shower that made us feel truly pampered. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the best coffee we had during our entire trip. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the secure parking available, giving us peace of mind.

The hotel had good facilities, the rooms were clean and the breakfast service was varied. the hotel was located close to the city center and some historic landmarks, which made it convenient for us to explore.

the lack of air conditioning made it almost impossible for us to sleep comfortably, especially during the hot afternoons.

This hotel is conveniently situated near fascinating historical landmarks like an old monastery and the town center. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with modern and spotless bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and offers a great selection. Guests can enjoy the pool and spa area as well as secure parking facilities. Staff are helpful and accommodating.

A larger variety of options in the dinner menu would be appreciated.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot close to local bars and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean and we got lots of natural light in ours. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to fit any taste and diet. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area, a great spot to relax after a long day exploring the area.

We wished there was air conditioning in the room, as opening the windows during the night was not an option due to outside noise. it would have been great to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, especially in the morning when we wanted to stay in bed a bit longer.
